Need to Return It? Here’s How It Works:

If after 12 full months, you don’t feel satisfied with your results, just contact us for a 100% refund, including shipping.

Sauna must be returned in its original packaging, including the wood crate. If you no longer have the crate, you’re responsible for re-crating.

Before 12 months? Returns are still accepted, but a 25% restocking fee applies, and shipping is non-refundable.
We process all refunds within 7–10 business days of receiving the sauna.
