The Loviisa seats 3 comfortably and runs on an 8.0 kW + full-spectrum infrared (11 emitters) system. Use the stove for classic 170–185°F heat and steam, or switch to infrared for a gentler 118–132°F session.

In Northern Utah, we install it. Our crew takes delivery, preps the site or pours the pad, builds it and test-fires it, then hauls away every box. We'll connect you with a trusted local electrician to run the dedicated 240V circuit — that part is scheduled and paid separately, not included in our install price. These are observational studies of middle-aged men in eastern Finland. They show a strong link between frequent sauna use and better outcomes, not proof that sauna alone caused the difference. A sauna is not a treatment for any condition. How much does a sauna cost fully installed?
The sauna is the listed price. Installation depends on your site: whether you need a concrete pad, how far the sauna sits from your electrical panel, and whether your panel has room for a new 240V breaker. We price the whole job at a free on-site assessment and put it in writing before any work starts.
Do I need a concrete pad?
Outdoor saunas need a flat, solid base. A reinforced concrete pad is the best long-term option. On some sites a compacted, leveled gravel base works. We will tell you which one your yard needs.
Can I plug a sauna into a normal outlet?
Not the ones we sell. Traditional and hybrid saunas need a dedicated 240V circuit, 30 or 40 amps depending on the model. Plug-in saunas exist, but they are small infrared units that run much cooler.
Will it hold up to a Utah winter?
Yes. Our outdoor models are built for exterior use, and a hot sauna on a snowy night is the whole point. Expect a longer heat-up when it is very cold, and keep the path to the door clear.
How long does the whole process take?
Usually a few weeks from quote to first session, depending on sauna availability, permit timing and how long a new pad needs to cure. Once the site is ready, most builds take one to two days. You get a schedule with your quote.
I live outside Northern Utah. Can I still buy?
Yes. Any sauna can ship as a kit to the lower 48. You handle unloading, site prep, assembly and electrical with local contractors.
